Engine management light came on at 19000km, was fixed eventually under warranty.
Both front main beam globes fused.
Bad tyres that came with the car (Continental Eco Contact), pinched side wall and had to replace both front tyres (28000km), tyres still had good thread.
Headlamp bracket broken (came like that from factory) was replaced under warranty.
Exceptional underrated turbo diesel.
74kw @ 4400rpm and 240nm @ 2300rpm
Great fuel consumption at just under 20km per litre.
Can get up to 900km from 45l tank of low sulphur diesel.
Performance is good and does not smoke like other diesel cars!!
Can get 180km/h comfortably, not much after that.
Good solid ride, awesome Lotus tuned suspension,
handles good and solid, variable weight electronic power steering, stiffens up on long roads.
15" alloys, good looker - not the hottest, but nice and neat.
Weighs in at 1200kg, does not feel like it when driving it, feels lighter.
Boot is spacious.
Just an update, have had the car for over 3 years now. It is on 109 000km and since my review post, the car gave absolutely no problems, the only money spent was on tyres and regular maintenance.
Still running as smooth as the day I got it, the power is still there, as well as fuel consumption.
I service the car with fully synthetic oil and only fill up with low sulphur diesel (diesel 50ppm).
Everything in the car works as well as the air-con.

This is good to read. I bought this exact model car from a second-hand dealer today. Its on about 85,000km so I hope it turns out to be a good buy, which it sounds like it will!
