1997 Peugeot 106 XNd review from UK and Ireland
"Excellent First Car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Had to replace the cam belt.
Radiator had a nasty leak, when removed, it more or less fell apart in my hand, but no troubles since I replaced that.
General comments?
For a diesel it drives very well!
Will beat my m8s 1.0 Mirca espically at the top end.
Cabin is pretty dull, but it is a XN (base model).
Factory Fitted speakers are very poor, as was the standard head unit, but both where easy to replace with decent quality products.
Very easy on the pocket as fuel goes, even if you push it, you still get good fuel figures from its little engine.
