2) Starter motor failed about a month after the battery.
3) Alternator failed about 2 weeks after the starter motor.

6) Rear brake drums and pads needed replacing about 2 weeks after head gasket.
7) Ignition Amplifier failed after about 2 weeks after brakes were replaced.
8) Handbrake snapped and cracked the under-body about a week after ignition amplifier.
9) Heater system failed - in the middle of winter. No hot air produced. about a week after handbrake.
10) Heater system was fixed, but failed again about 2 weeks later.
11) Petrol hose was leaking and seat-belts were worn. Picked up on MOT.
General comments?
When this car is actually working then it is not a bad little car. It has a decent acceleration for a 1.1.
Handling is pretty good and the ride quality is not that bad.
However the problems I have had with this car have put me off buying another like it for life.
The way the car was designed is awful as it is really difficult to access parts of the car that need to be fixed.
