1992 Peugeot 106 XT review from UK and Ireland
"Excellent irreplaceable reliable car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Twice it has burnt out a valve, but that could be down to my driving.
Apart from that it has been faultless.
General comments?
I've owned this car from nearly new (it was registered by the dealer) and it has never let me down or had a major problem. I've covered over 100,000 miles in it and amazingly it still dives and accelerates well. It has been hammered - I got through a pair of front tyres in 10,000 miles and had the clutch replaced at 40,000 miles, but I drive more carefully now!! Despite being punished it is a good reliable comfortable car which I am having great difficulty finding a replacement for it.
