1989 Peugeot 205 GR review from Norway
"A cheap high performance car that never breaks down!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing out of the ordinary.
Driveshaft on one side (180,000km).
General comments?
The car is the best cars you can own if you look at petrol consumpsion, part prices, reliability and things like that. The car can hit 60 miles an hour (100 km/h) in 10 seconds! We tried the top speed (in Germany) and 105 mph(180 km/h) was no problem!
No rust at all (after 12 years with Norwegian roads). The original rust treatment is absolutely perfect.
Great car to drive to work with! It starts every day. Buy one now, take good care of it and save money! You will never regret it.
