1995 Peugeot 306 Cabriolet review from Australia and New Zealand
"A cheap to buy, soon-to-be-classic, but watch out for the running costs!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Radiator at 140k.
Electric roof stopped working at 90k.
Various electric windows stopped working.
Window rubber came off from rear quarter window and was going to cost $800 to replace!
Interior fan stopped working.
General comments?
Pretty good handling for a convertible.
These were designed by Pininfarina (who have designed many Ferrari and Fiat cars among others), so they are nice looking car.
Performance is lack-lustre with the 1.8, but I drove a 2.0 that was much better, although you don't seem to be able to get that in manual, so not as fun in auto.
Dealer is expensive, and being a French car, things will go wrong!
