Apart from general wear and tear, my 306 HDI is starting to make a strange noise on low revs whilst moving. It sounds like an old Transit Van, yet on high revs and standstill it sounds OK.
As I am not a mechanic, I'm unsure as to what it could be. A friend said it might be the bottom end. Does any one have any ideas?
Probably just an alternator or some kind of drive belt pulley going out. I would hardly say it's major.
