General comments?
This car gives civic type r's and Clio 172's a race for their money. If you have only got 5k budget to spend on a car and want a sporty hot hatch then this is your car.
It's never broken down on me and never refused to start up. If you look after this car then it will look after you.
This car's handling is amazing, and you will be able to chase anything round a corner in the GTi6 due to the rear wheel steering which comes in.
The late phase 3 306's all look the same with the cyclones, fog lights and skirts so it's very subtle and can easily surprise performance cars! This car has got 140 on the clock and I have gone past that so the car proves itself!
The clutch is very stiff, but will only take you a couple of days to get used to it and before you know it you won't realise it's any different from any other car!
It does drink fuel though as on average I tend to get about 300 miles to £50 of fuel.
Being a French car you do tend to get a few rattles as it's a little 'tinny' but I think it is quite solid. My GTi6 is now 5 years old and only has 1 rattle from the sunroof which I don't think is too bad for a car of that age!
My car was involved in an accident and the cars either side ended up worse than mine sitting in the middle which was sandwiched!
Overall...it's a good car all round and I think it can give you what ever you want out of it!
