2001 Peugeot 307 Rapier review from UK and Ireland
"Get one while you can - pity it is french really"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Minor quibbles really. The indicators are very poorly designed. They are oversensitive and clcik-off when you need them. Also because they double as the light-beam then the lights can accidentally be pressed when turning corners.
I've had the carpet come out of the door-well and the panel above the pedals come loose. Also, a "cracking" sound when at full steering lock!!
General comments?
A very competitively priced and well-specified car. Performance is poor, especially in the lower gears.
Lovely gearbox (never missed a gear yet) and superb brakes.

| A bit more performance and softer seats would be nice, but generally I am OK with it now |
