2003 Peugeot 307 S SW review from UK and Ireland
"Not exceptional, but OK"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Trim above pedals fell on top of feet, preventing release of clutch.
Odometer sometimes record kilometers instead of miles - Peugeot have at least 300 other cases, probably other people just haven't noticed yet.
Economy has been about 43mpg, rather than the books 50.
General comments?
Don't buy it yet - wait until Peugeot fix the odometer.
The 90Hdi has enough performance for me, and cruises happily at 70-90mph.
If I was buying this again, I would opt for the higher specification SE level, especially for the automatic temperature setting. With a lot of glass it is difficult to keep the temperature constant. The automatic wipers would be nice too.
