The turn light switch has been changed by the local dealer (common in 307s) Rear doors rattle (still unfixed) Door rubbers have been changed once Steering wheel vibrates at a high speed Noisy (cracking) front suspension, fixed at 30000 kilometers!!No problems now Not reliable fuel instrument (shows empty, when there is a plenty of fuel) Poor quality at some spots, not well finished details.
The car is still very nice, comfortable, and there is room enough for people and baggages! It drives well and gives you the sence of safety. However it is not the best car in the market, facing some quality problems.Anyway, nobody is capable of manufacturing a so-called 'perfect car'
I would like to know how the cracking noise in the suspension was fixed. because I had it for about 2 years and the dealer could not get it fixed >
I purchased a Peugeot 307TX from the local dealer. Recently the car shut off while driving through some water and I was told by the dealer/repairer that the water caused the engine block to crack; then the dealers told me that the transmission was also damaged, supposedly by the same water. Could this be true and is this a common problem with these cars?
