1995 Peugeot 405 GLX review from UK and Ireland
"A good car with many flaws"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The clutch cable have snapped three times in less than a year.
The timing belt broke less than six weeks after a Peugeot P3 service.
The headlights do not function in low beam.
The fan/heater works intermittently.
The alarm still triggers even after disabling it under the bonnet.
General comments?
The dealer service is appalling; for most of the repairs, I have had to approach general garages that provide better service.
