1. The digital odometer light has fused.
2. For no apparent reason have had to input the security code on the stereo 3 times during the first 2 years.
3. Uneven tire wear (had to replace one tire) - reason given was that the car hit the curb too many times while parking!
Interesting point on the tyre wear. My brother in law's 1996 Executive TD (1.9) suffers the same problem. Reason given is "they all do that sir. It's a characteristic"
The problem is, it's an expensive characteristic as the outside edges of the front tyres go completely bald after about 12,000 miles, even though the car is driven gently. Tracking has been checked by dealer and two independent tyre centres and proclaimed okay.
