1999 Plymouth Breeze review from North America
"Piece of junk"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Got the car over the summer. It's my first car. 800 is cheap.
One month later car sounds like machine gun when it drives. It's a rod, and the car dies 2 weeks later.
Put a used motor in, cost me 750 altogether, car dies before I even get it home from the mechanic.
I got it back, but mechanic "doesn't know how he fixed it". 2 weeks later it happens again.
First mechanic can't figure it out. Second mechanic replaced the crank sensor and the car drives well.
Two months later the engine dies again. Another engine is put in the car, works first try.
I drive the car now, but the door open beeping sensor never stops blinking. Bought a repair manual, but doesn't say anything about this problem.
Car chugs as I drive around 48 to 50 mph.
Might be the tranny... just my luck.
My first car... what a great choice, a piece of crap Plymouth Breeze; I'm buying a bicycle!!!
General comments?
This car is the biggest waste of money I have ever gotten @!!!@@!@!@!@!@!@!!!
