1992 Plymouth Duster review from North America
"Good car, but it's a piece of crap"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My timing belt snapped at 173000 kilometers, had blown the motor at the same time.
Just recently my pressure hose for the power steering was leaking bad. We fixed everything, but now the rack and pinion (steering box) is leaking just the same.
I thought it would be a good car to start with, but I rushed into buying a car and now I regret it because it always breaks down on me, and I'm only 18 years old, working part time. It sucks.
General comments?
It's a good project car; if you like working on cars, this is the car to do it.
Runs good when it's running. It's quick, has power, good handling, roomy inside, very comfortable, fits 5 people, trunk space is quite good for the size.
