1987 Plymouth Duster turismo review from North America
"A wolf in sheep's clothing"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Distributor
seats have started to wear slightly
problems with the top layer of paint coming off
rust is starting to show in little spots except for the door where it has started to make holes.
Forgot to change timing belt and it broke at 59000 miles
Very hard starts in even mild weather, but especially cold weather starting can be a problem.
General comments?
Even though it is just a two door omni, it is a very fun to drive car, for what I paid for it, not bad, but as a car a car with it's age it has it's problems. could be an even better car with the addition of some wider tires to get it to almost a sport car suspension. even though it's not the turbo version it's a fast car, but you have to let it have a few seconds to get to speed. for the money a very nice car.
