What things have gone wrong with the car?
Air conditioner slowly lost its ability, 2007.
Stabilizer bars broke outside mounts (driving through woods 3/4 mile to log cabin too many times)
Defroster setup is crap, If you want to use the defroster the air conditioner is always on, poor mpg in the winter. Used a deflecter to point air from one of my dash vents to wind shield.
General comments?
My mpg has always been 36+ combined (except at 32 degrees or below) maybe down to 32 combined.
When my air conditioner worked it really dragged the engine on acceleration, so Iwould cycle it off till I got up to speed. This really helped my mpg. And it blew cold till I got there.
With the 5 speed and proper shift ponts it really can get up to speed well.
Gray interior, Hotter than hell during the summer months. Hot Hot Hot.
I bought the car from a local mechanic, he replaced all the tubing, head gasket, struts, etc.
