2000 Plymouth Voyager review from North America

What things have gone wrong with the car?
Master Cylinder replaced at 3,000 miles.
Valve cover replaced 3 times in 3 years.
Head gasket replaced at 40,000.
Wiper motor, switch, wiring, all replaced, yet wipers sometimes quit in delay mode.
4 sets of brake pads, 3 sets of rotors in 78,000 miles.
General comments?
Despite all that went wrong with this van, we loved it. We had an extended warranty that covered all our repairs. It was great on gas (about 22 MPG), comfortable, and sporty-looking. We had dual sliding doors which made it feel like a sedan. The van never once stranded us. The problems really started mounting near 75,000 miles. It backfired, needed another whole set of brakes, and was leaking oil. The local dealers were the WORST possible people when it came to repairing our van. Even the simplest repairs took at least 2 days! As far as reliability and performance, though, this was the best van. We even would go as far as to say we regret letting it go.
