2002 Pontiac Aztek LX review from North America
"Not worth your time, money or aggravation"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Most recently, at 67,000 miles, I had to have the two head gaskets replaced, although dealer says they still can't find anything to cause the over heating, and that it was most likely wear and tear. :rolling my eyes:
Calipers replaced at 65,000 miles.
Over heating issues addressed with no real solution several times in the past 6 months.
Wheel bearings replaced at 59,000.
Intake manifold replaced at 56,000.
Air Condenser replaced at 49,000.
Air Compressor replaced at 39,000.
All I can say is THANK goodness, I purchased an extended warranty.
General comments?
The car is fun to drive, but repair time in the shop has been a real bummer. Lately it seams I have spent more time in rentals : (
