2001 Pontiac Aztek review from North America
"Great when it is working. Expensive when it is not"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Condenser cracked at about 29,000 miles.
Seats wearing badly.
Brake rotors warp easily. Had a brake job done with the rotors cut. Within 6 months brake began pulsating again.
Rear hatch won't pop open from the control in the dash.
Door lock on drivers side works intermittently.
Key-less entry key chain breaks very easily. (On my 3rd key chain)
When I go to stop, the car's rpm's jump up dramatically. When I put it in park, they climb to about 2500 rpm's.
General comments?
When the car is working, it is a great car with plenty of room.
