1996 Pontiac Bonneville SSEI review from North America
"A timeless car like a BMW 633"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I am looking for Information about Bonnevilles. I'd like to purchase a 1995-1998 model, but am sot sure if I can trust an older Super Charged model or if the non supercharged engine would be better.
Also, some have said the SSEI model needs 97 octane, but I've never seen more than 92 pump gas. Does anyone run 89 octance safely? With gas over $3 per gallon it's a point of interest.
I'm drawn to the size of the car and possitive remarks. Simiar Chevy's and other GM cars doen't seem to share that. Maybe Bonniville owners are happier people.
Is there any glowing defects I can look for? I'd like to get the SSEI model. Thanks.
