2001 Pontiac Bonneville SSEI review from North America
"Overpriced junk!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
There are too many things (problems)to list on this car, everything from wheel hubs, to transmission, to racks, to steering problems, to new exhaust system, the car has a lot of things on it.(luxury wise) You should have basic maintenance to worry about, not catastrophic events.
I have paperwork (repair) on this car, longer than the car itself, recently the EGR valve went, that's another $200
the trunk leaks, the driver information system constantly reads "service stability system, service theft system,. its never ending.
I had an extented warranty (Thank god), other than that, I did all the work myself (struts, brakes, and such) otherwise I would have had this car scraped along time ago.
General comments?
Overpriced. Overated, as far as how fast it is. its great when you first get it. but the problems quickly add up.
