1993 Pontiac Bonneville SE review from North America
"392,000 miles and drives like new still"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
When I purchased the car, I had to go through and replace a lot; alternator, valve cover gasket, hoses, belts, tires, and a water pump, but so far I only had to replace tires and an alternator again.
The body is starting to rust out around the rear tires, but not too bad.
General comments?
The car is awesome. I love it.
I bought it for $600 and it has been amazing. I've put almost 200,000 miles on it since I purchased it in 03.
The car flies, and has all the power I need.
Original motor, new tranny before I purchased it.
Best car I have ever owned. Way more power than my previous car, a 1997 Acura 2.2 CL; the motor seized up on me and burned a quart of oil every week.
The Bonneville handles great and is OK on gas. I commute 50 miles to work and has held up great. It has a glass smooth ride. I love it.
