2005 Pontiac Bonneville GXP review from North America
"Best luxury car for your money"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replaced the stock front rotors and pads for some better ones that stop faster and don't warp at 50,000 miles.
Needs new wheel bearings at 77,000.
General comments?
This car is the perfect cross between comfort, luxury and sport. I have friends with BMW's who don't have anywhere near all the options my car has. It will cruise all day long at 85-90 mph and still get 24-26 mpg.
In town driving hurts your gas mileage, but I love my car. It is fully loaded, including leather and suede seats.
The car will handle like a dream at 125 mph (only did it once) but I wouldn't go any faster than that. One gentleman said he did 138 mph but I don't know that for a fact. I would DEFINITELY buy one of these again.
