1986 Pontiac Fiero SE 2M6 review from North America
"Wanna have some fun? GO BUY ONE!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Most of the problems I have had with this car were related to the neglect of her last owner.
Not the most torque-ish thing in the world.
Limited cargo space.
General comments?
Modifications:
Hardwired radiator fan
Removed restriction plate
Best damn car I've ever driven, let alone owned. It takes off like an F22 jet, and has handling to match. It sticks to the road forever, and when it does finally let go, it is is so manageable. I've yet to be out run by anyone's Honda Civic or any other imported car. I've even out ran Mustangs in my stock Fiero.
This vehicle's braking ability is only comparable to hitting a wall. The exhaust sounds like an angry lion.
Behind this monster is a very civilized calm car. She will be a calm ride... as long as you keep it on a leash.
