"Nice, but high maintenance"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I have a 99 Grand Am GT and as soon as I left the guys house that I bought it from the a/c clutch went out.
List f things wrong with it at the time was.
A/c clutch air bag light on ABS light (didn't work) 04 engine yea! radio knob was acting up seats worn by the lever, but they are confertable yes. ball joints tire rod ends where non greass able GM idea (witch was stupid) so now I have front end noise hear and there, but owell. this summer my car fixed it self the trackion cotroll and ABS. yea! but then I went throw 2 thermostatse and a radiator hose and the car ate my radiator cap (another GM idea plastic radiator cap) then check engine light comes on p0440 emission check code (gas cap not sealing). gas gauge don't work right sending unit bad. and know rack and pinion went out and p/s pump. and on all GA's the stupid revers light part on the light balist is bad mainly right side.
General comments?
Nice car I like it a lot, but some general problems easy fix/general maintenance.
