2001 Pontiac Grand Am SE review from North America
"Great car 9/10"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
So far I have had no major problems with this car. I don't know what you are all saying about these cars being unreliable and junk. The only problem I have had is it not starting, sounds big, but all it is, was a lot of corrosion on the battery wires. 20 min of cleaning and its as good as new. Starts up like a dream now. Also the A/C resister pack went around 90k miles, but that's 25$ to buy and put in yourself.
General comments?
I love the car it works great and has been reliable for all 130,000 miles I have been driving it. My car is not garaged either so it has to deal with the New Hampshire elements year round. It has only cost me around a grand to maintain ever since I got it, this is with regular oil changes. It is a great car. absolutely love it.
P.s. For those who have problems. How you treat your car, effects how the car treats you. Just take that to thought.
