2000 Pontiac Grand Am GT Ram Air review from North America
"Most fun Pontiac car to drive"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I have had no major mechanical problems with this car besides bad brakes which Pontiac is known for. After I replaced those with some solid after market brakes everything was fine.
Some electrical problems, but only because I touched things I shouldn't have.
No major complaints on this car.
General comments?
The Grand Am is a great car no matter which way you look at it. The value is unbeatable for the price and the appearance is first class. I realize some automobiles come off the factory line with major problems. However this happens very rarely and does not mean all Grand Am's are bad. My 2000 Grand Am GT handles great, accelerates incredibly for a V6 and is designed perfectly. I would be very happy with another Grand Am.
