1993 Pontiac Grand Am SE review from North America
"A reasonable, solid car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Oil light always on, even though no oil change necessary
problem with heat sensor to engine, which caused automatic shutdown of transmission--unplugging it seemed to solve the problem.
Catalutic converter replaced afte 125k
motor mount replaced after 125 kr
heater core replaced at 127k
funny noises from steering wheel it you turn it too much.
General comments?
I think it is a pretty good, reliable sturdy car, not too fancy, but has served me well. a little greedy on gas particularly now that gas prices are up. Comfortable, medium sized. Handles fine.
