1989 Pontiac Grand Am LE review from North America
"A four banger sleeper that can still carry mama to church"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The cars has required three sets of seats (Junk Yard) and when it was two days old needed a new ECM. the Coil Pack and ECM has to be replaced approx every 60,000 miles (Junk Yard) I think that the coil pack overheats and damages the quad driver in the ECM. and the paint has faded.
General comments?
Bang for the buck car is quick and agile, The QUAD 4 is built just like a motorcycle engine. High reeving and powerful while giving great mileage. They should of made a turbo version.
