"A great fun car if you take good care of it"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I've only had my car for 8 months and have not had any problems with my car yet.
The only problem I've had are the scratches on my driver side window. Also the window squeaks on ocassions.
The brakes are terrible in wet weather it's hard to stop. I don't feel in control of the car in wet inclement weather.
General comments?
Overall I love my car and plan to take good care of it. I've read many of the reviews and wonder what the driving habits are of these owners.
I think if you have the required maintenance you will not have any major problems. I enjoy driving my car it's great fun car that's an eye catcher.
It's ok on gas milelage, i've had better.
Great acceleration.
I think the Grand Am is a good starter car for the young person like myself.
