2001 Pontiac Grand Am GT1 review from North America
"This car was one of those Lemons, so glad I leased"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The dealer tells me I was given a Friday car and apologizes. GM refuses to allow me out of lease. I've had electrical issue since purchased the vehicle which is 2 1/2 years now. The Car doesn't start about once a month on average. Just got car back from shop today 2nd time they had it this month alone and once again they swear it's fixed. The whole experience has been a 2 1/2 year nightmare for me. But luckily I only have 3 more months on their lease that they won't let me out of less I sue. Then I can wash my hands of this nightmarish non starting GM car.
General comments?
Drives Nice when it decides to start after a jump start. It's a pity cause it looks nice too. Most unreliable ride of my life.
Lease Cars first. They will not let me out of the lease, but it ends soon. You know they will just sell this same car to some poor unsuspecting customer like me then also tell that customer so sorry. I pity the person whom they sell this car to when my lease ends.
