1995 Pontiac Grand Am SE review from North America
"Goes far in miles.."
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I haven't had any huge problems out of the car until now...
It is a great running car to have 189,000 miles on it. I started having problems with it about a year and half ago. My coolant leaks and now is to the point where it needs a new head gasket.
I have had the car for four years and paid $2000 for it and have only put about $1000 of work into it within those four years which isn't bad for it to have such high millage.
I had new brake pads put on twice and rotors once, then a new timing belt less than a year ago, and a tune up, transmission flush, alternator and that is pretty much it.
General comments?
I love the car, but it is starting to have problems now that the miles are getting so high, over the years it was a great first car for me!
The car picks up speed very quickly and is very comfortable and roomy not to big and not to small for my style.
I would recommened this car to any one, and I am actually looking at purchasing a new one!
