2003 Pontiac Grand Am review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My car is in pretty decent shape. I haven't had any problems with the exception of the radiator. Last year my car would overheat and boil out antifreeze. I got a new thermostat and the problem went away. Now it's acting up again. The car overheated so I got a flush, (I had green instead of the correct orange antifreeze) and another new themostat put in. The water pump was checked and given an OK. The low coolent lights stays on, even when I fill it, but it doesn't leak out. I don't drive it anymore. Any suggestions??
General comments?
My car drives around my city and to the suburbs more than 5X a week. I occasionly drive it to Ohio which is 5 1/2 hours away without any problems. It has been crashed twice (6/04 and 9/04) both times on the driver's side. In 8/06, a driver hit my car on the back left side while it was parked in front of my house. Doesn't have that kick it used to. Great car overall.
