1995 Pontiac Grand Prix SE review from North America
"DEPENDABLE, but a lot of repairs.."
What things have gone wrong with the car?
OMG where should we start, I've had this thing for 2yrs now and I've replaced the 4speed auto trans (once) and the engine once a water pump a fuel pump, brakes a few times, alternator, and battery... have rattles in both door glasses and have broke both door handles at different times thank god LOL... Oh yea can't forget all this, This car has NEVER LEFT ME WALKING no matter what the problem has been its had enough power to get me to safety even when the trans went out the car pulled its self onto the roll-back and into the garage.
General comments?
Over all I do love my car, but gosh its been a costly one. Better than the 94 model I had it had to have brakes every 6wks and had new brake lines, calipers and rotors dunno where the problem was, but Pontiac found a solution before 95... This car has been worth the money I paid for it I have put a lot of miles on it on average about 50K a year so you can see this car has been driven a lot and deserves the new parts.
