1997 Pontiac Grand Prix SE review from North America
"Cheap piece of American crap"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
It was leaking water into the car's passenger side through a missing plugged hole on the firewall.
The Change Oil soon light is on when it just had a oil change about 1,000 miles ago.
The ajar lite for the rear deck will not stop going off.
The one day I was coming out of my Dr's office and I went and got in my car and started it and my Service Engine Soon light came on and it was running really rough. I am luck I made it home. It was running at 400 RPM when it was ideling. It stayed running until I got home witch was about 13 miles. I took it back to the guy I bought it off of and he gave me my money back and I got a 1998 Chevy Monte Carlo and it has been much better I guess I just got a lemon.
General comments?
Over all this car is a royal piece of Sh@t. But I would buy another one. I liked the styling and I liked how it ran when it was running. I just got a lemon.
