1988 Pontiac LeMans review from North America
"An utterly pitiful excuse for a car!!!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Rotors.
Calipers.
Brake lines.
Rims.
Reverse light switch.
E-Brake Cable.
Clutch cable.
Dash display lights.
Back bumper is falling off.
Hatch is extremely rusted.
Head gasket leaks.
Burns oil - rings worn.
Back seat broken.
Total exhaust system replaced.
Many other little things broken, but just forgotten about.
General comments?
I have had this car since 1998, and I must say that I would not recommend it. It didn't run perfectly when I bought it, and it's just gotten worse over the years. They only good thing I can say about it is that it has a lot of storage space. That was nice driving from NY to FL 4x's a year. Oh, one more thing... the seats are VERY uncomfortable.
