1978 Pontiac LeMans lemans 2 door coupe review from North America
"Beastly and reliable"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I have only had 2 problems with this car when I first purchased the car one of the spark plug wires melted to the manifold and the gas gauge works when it wants to.
General comments?
Th e car was in grate condition for being this old and in Ohio at that. It has no rust and is a sweet all around car. Loved the way it looked even after the previous owner had it parked on the street and a drunk ran into the back of it at 25+mph and only bent the drivers side bumper down 2 inches.
The car has had a lot of upgrades like a auto meter speedometer and a sun pro tach, also replaced various small items due to preference the parts for this car are hard to find, but their out their.
The next upgrade to the car is I bought a edelbrock performer intake and carburetor (holleys and their power valves are the devil) and after tax refunds I am getting me some cragar super sports and a new paint job.
