1999 Pontiac Montana review from North America
"I would buy another!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Tie rod - 28K, dealer fixed, only slightly worn.
Battery - 28K.
Passenger seat recline - 42K (took about 5 minutes and $1.50 to fix)
Tires - 46K, probably my fault for not rotating them regularly.
Brakes - 46K (just pads and turned the rotators).
General comments?
Very responsive transmission. Plenty of power, 185HP. So far, we are very pleased. The power door is great.
The Hepa-Filter is a little expensive to replace, but I'll pay the price for filtered air! I suppose one could just remove it.
