2002 Pontiac Montana review from North America
"Excellent value for a dependable family vehicle"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The only thing we do not like about the car is the headlights. At night, even with high beams on, there is just not enough light on the road.
We are contemplating getting better bulbs, but are unaware if this will alleviate the problem. Do not like night driving for this reason (have quartz halogens on my '82 Volvo wagon and they are fantastic in comparison).
General comments?
Excellent family vehicle. Purchased new and opted for the 8 seat configuration. Have taken our family of eight on camping and skiing holidays with excellent results.
Agree with other comments re tires. Made one mistake in buying cheap tires. No more. Get the best
as you are carrying very valuable cargo and tires
are what separate you from the road.
Excellent gas mileage for such a large vehicle.
Just do not like those headlights!
