Don't get rid of it. The 80's Pontiac Parisienne/Chevy Caprice/Olds Delta 88 (it's all the same vehicle, same motor and chassis, just different name and style) are some of the most reliable, comfortable, and easy-to-own cars ever built and they're becoming harder and harder to find (especially in decent shape). I've owned 2 Caprices ('82, '83) and 2 Delta 88's (both '85) in my life and should have hung onto all 4 of them!

The Brougham edition is especially desirable since it is luxury padding on seats and trim in a car that is already very comfortable! The Police and Taxi fleets used to use these things and routinely put a quarter of a million miles on them with just basic maintenance.

Oh yeah, did I mention they hold up excellent in a collision? Even without all these modern things like computers in the brakes and airbags and crap the newer cars have, being surrounded by all that steel I think is the best safety feature ever. You know the saying "they don't make 'em like this anymore".. well it's true.
