"This is the best car I have ever owned"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

The tie rod bushings on both sides have went out twice, the rotors had to be replaced, brakes and brake lines have been replaced, and headlight were rewired.

General comments?

The car is very quick. I love the car to death it is absolutely amazing. The car is extremely comfortable and reliable. With my lead foot the car has held up and probably will hold up to me. The wiring is very easy to do and I had the headlights rewired in less than 1 hour.

Hey! Sunbird is a good car as long as you don't try anything else. Try ford probe, focus, anything...1960's suspension that it both primitive, harsh, yelds bad handling. Steering feels horrible. Did you check your rear springs? They sag, last only 50 000 or so. How about driving position? Hunchback of Notre Dame comes to mind. Save some money and buy a REAL drivers car. I recommend porsche 944 turbo, nissan 300ZX. If can't afford that, go for probe GT (mazda mechanicals), MX6 or similar. You won't regret it.

I own 400 hp 300ZX TT, will NEVER sell, now saving money for acura NSX for weekends.
