1995 Pontiac Sunfire review from North America
"This inexpensive car is becoming too expensive for a person with very limited budget"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Problems I have had so far with the '95 Sunfire was lower control arm was cracked and needed to be replaced and the right side bushing needs to be done also.
My fuel tank appears to have a leak, haven't had it looked at yet, but the first time I had it filled up full I saw fuel leaking from it. Looked like it was coming from the top area so could be where the filler neck goes in or seal.
Main problem now is the headlights. I lost both lower beams few days ago, but highs and running are working. No problem with fuse or circuit breaker. Dealer said likely wiring problem under battery and windshield washer fluid goes. They say very common problem with this car.
Don't see a recall on it GM and if common safety issue this really should be!
