2000 Pontiac Sunfire GT review from North America
"Performance, but not worth the price"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Radio display went blank - replaced at 40000 km.
Shock housing replaced 6 times! (ongoing mileage)
4 times on the passenger side
2 times on the drivers side.
Power window switch at 50000 km.
Steering column linkage at 55000 km.
Rack and Pinion at 58000 km.
General comments?
This car was built for performance not reliability or comfort.
Pretty quick... but was sluggish at times.
Engine was peppy.
Exterior styling was nice, interior, like all other GM cars had too much Cheap Plastic.
Cloth seats (upgraded) was nice.
