"Not a wise decision to purchase this vehicle."

What things have gone wrong with the car?

My head gasket blew at 130k.

New alternator at 140k.

New part to computer at 150k.

Three valve plugs had to be replaced.

Drivers seat does not move.

Air condition stopped working at 135k.

New fuel pump ($500) was replaced at.

160k miles.

Carpet on floor is cheap.

Drivers side head light fell out on.

Numerous occasions.

It chugs when going over 65mph.

Windshield wiper washer has never worked.

Fuel filter has been changed twice.

New brake calibers.

Very loud clunking noise from from drivers tire.

General comments?

Looks nice.

Not good after 135k miles.

A lot of bad parts.

Not a good investment.

Do not buy this vehicle.

You will invest a lot of money in this car.

Not the car for a person with a budget.

Thanks for the heads up, but I already have one and it is running very well and it also has hardly any interior defects, but it only has 72k on it so we will see what happens.

OK, It's a sunfire, what do you expect. I ran my 95 till about 150,000 miles. I was thrilled to get that out of it. Spend more money on a car next time and go for something a few levels up. It's a sunfire, it's a cheap car. There's nothing wrong with that ether. I think you were expecting to much from this.

I have owned a 1995 Sunfire since it was new. It now has 185,000 on it. I had a problem with a power window motor, which was covered under warranty, also a computer part which also covered. Other than these two items, there have been no major issues. The car runs great, and we are looking to get another 25 - 50,000 miles out of it. We were on top of maintenance, and have found that always adds to the life of our vehicles.

I have had a Sunfire since I was 15 I have no problems with it it runs very good I have barried all of my friends one which has a Ford escort Zx2 and a honda prelude easily to beat them on the highway and on the back roads very easy to handle and an all rounded car I have mine lowered and a stereo system that's all I have done.
