Well my friend just got the car maybe 2 or 3 months ago. On her way home from work one day she said that the car started running funny and she's the type of girl that know nothing about car or anything. She said she needed gas and right before she got to the gas station she said that she thought that she ran out of gas so went to the gas station got a gas can and tried to get some gas in her car and wasn't really able to, but anyways... she took it to the shop and was told that the fuel pump was gone and I was wonding how much on cost? if it's OK to get a used one and if it's easy enough for a friend to do. Is it in the gas tank?
Running a vehicle out of fuel damages the electric fuel pump.
