2006 Pontiac Vibe Base with p/w & aluminum wheel review from North America
"Good Vibe-rations"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing!
General comments?
My short list included the Pontiac Vibe, Toyota Matrix XR, Dodge Caliber SXT (manual), Scion xB (imported into Canada), and the Toyota Yaris RS. The Vibe was the least expensive to buy, except for the Caliber which was $2K cheaper than the Vibe. The Caliber didn't impress me much. If you're in the market for this type of crossover vehicle, what are you waiting for?!?! The styling of the Vibe won me over the Matrix, which is also a good vehicle. The Vibe has a few "extras" that don't come in the Matrix.. roof racks, 115VAC plug (which is handy for my cell phone), etc... The Vibe costs more than a base Matrix, however, once you option out the Matrix, they are almost the same price.
Two of my co-workers have older Vibes, and they love them.
