Original Blaupunkt stereo stopped working in 2004.

This car is like the first pretty girl you dated in High School. The only difference is the car looks the same today as it looked 23 years ago - the girl???. - Timeless look.

The high school girls still look at you when I pick up my oldest son from a high school event. Reality = they are admiring the car and or my son.
I manage around 25 MPG, as I never race around.
Yes, well between 1996 and 1999 I owned a mint condition 1986 Porsche 911 Targa which started off life in the USA and had at the time been been resident in the United Arab Emirates for at least the past 7 years. Guards Red with an extremely low number on the clock. Resplendent with a stainless steel racing exhaust system that regretfully awoke many babies and dogs.
The only one of its kind in the Country, always drawing lots of oohs, ahhs and petting in the Dubai Porsche dealership, when ever it arrived for a service.
In 1999 I sold it to a friend with more opportunity than I had to enjoy it. But I retained visiting rights...!!
In 2004 I left Dubai for India.
Now in 2007 I am coming back to Dubai and guess what..?! Yes, I'm buying it back, 21 years old and for the same price I sold it 8 years ago. Still mint, only a couple of thousand miles more used, 1st gear synchro fixed and newly shod.
So I am wholly in agreement with the pretty girlfriend comparison..
The Almighty simply doesn't build girlfriends like that anymore...
