Too soon.
When the turbo kicks in, it is like being hit in the back with a s large mallet - to use a revolting American expression -AWESOME
The car I acquired has uprated brakes which is a real necessity.
Exceptional econonomy on a long journey.
Never heard of that "revolting american expression" before... I love the brits thinking they are the worlds best and are convinced they have a basic knowledge of american culture... people like you give people from your part of the world a bad name.
I drove my employers 1985? "grey car" 930 which was modified to 400 hp. It was lowered, new rockers, whale tail, dual exhaust. The G forces as soon as the turbo kicked in was exhilarating (to use an American term used on the east coast) The car was very expensive to maintain... oil leaks, tuneups. A lot of fun to drive and easy to acquire tickets!
By crikey, this car is bloody fast. I nearly spilled my cup of tea when the turbo kicked in.
Etc.
