1989 Porsche 944 S2 review from UK and Ireland
"Porsche, there is no substitute!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing yet, although it's still early as I've not had it long. I've heard the brake calipers are expensive and prone to seizure - since they are aluminium.
General comments?
The car is amazing considering it's 13 years old. It drives like a new car, it's solid with no rattles, and it cruises excellently down the motorway. It really moves after 4k rpm and it is very comfortable.
The only gripe is the speakers are a bit poor, although I've managed to get them sounding a bit better with my better head unit, as opposed to the standard one.
I wouldn't drive anything else now!
